What We Believe

 

We hold to the basic truths of the Christian faith, including the following:

​

• The Bible as God’s holy and inspired word to us

• The virgin birth of Jesus Christ as the only Son of God

• The death of Jesus Christ on the cross for our sins

• The physical resurrection of Jesus Christ

• The heavenly reign of and imminent return of Jesus Christ

• The promise of a new and eternal life for all who confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior

 

As a Reformed church we also hold to the three ecumenical creeds:

​

• The Apostles’ Creed 

• The Athanasian Creed

• The Nicene Creed

 

As a Reformed church we also hold the three historic Reformed confessions:

 

• The Belgic Confession

• The Canons of Dort

• The Heidelberg Catechism
